Great product, just like the pepperoni you get at pizza restraints. Perfect size, not too large like so many commercially made pepperoni’s in the market. Sides cup up and hold some of the oil. Great flavor.

These are the absolute real deal and were a game changer for my pizzas. Cup n curl options are pretty limited in my area and have been using Hormel cup n curl for a while. They’re ok, but have never tasted like a good pep flavor to me, and I started to feel were even giving an odd flavor to my pizzas. But regulars peps flood it with grease, so it was an ok trade off. Decided to take a flyer on these and am so glad I did. Incredible pepperoni flavor, a little spicier but not much more on the way of heartburn compared to regular pepperoni. And they crisp up better than any others I’ve used. Just solid stuff and I won’t use anything else for now!

Made a few pies with these in the home pizza oven (Gozney Dome) and they turned out great. They cup as advertized, with the upper edges getting a nice bit of crunch, and the flavor is excellent. More nuanced than the pepperoni I was getting from the grocery store.

If you like a little kick in your Pepperoni while having a cupping Pepperoni then you have found the right product. I have tried so many varieties out there and I have found the mecca of Pepperoni's. This tastes perfect while cupping and burning just the right amount for our homemade pizzas. I implore everyone to buy this product to keep them rolling because i don't ever want them to go away. We always have them on hand and order in bulk. Cooked pizzas for my entire staff and this was the biggest hit by far.

Wow, are these ever some spicy Pepperoni. Full of flavor with some kick of heat. Like the way these curl up when cooked.
