Question for the seller! what does the more expensive 2021 model have that the 2018 model does not!? will not buy until answered correctly and clearly

How thick is the tabletop? Would it hold a drill press?

The tabletop is not very thick. It would handle only a small drill press.

Does it look like it could handle bolting a vice to it?

Yes, but only a small vise that is not going to see a lot of torque on the anchoring bolts. I chose to put my vise on a work bench with a thick, butcher block-type surface.

Missing the right side railing for the drawer. Can you send that piece?

The Home Depot has the railings but I don't know if it's the same as the work bench. You may just have to get two from there if The Home Depot doesn't have the same kind as your bench.
