Edit: after contacting the seller, they have amazing customer service and sent me a new chair to replace the one I was having problems with. I would highly recommend this sellers and these chairs!!!!I purchased 2 of these chairs for my sitting room. They are great size and very comfortable. However one of the chairs keeps collapsing and the from legs don’t stay in place. I’ve put zip ties to try to keep the support beam in place but that chair just feels like it’s going to collapse at any moment. The other chair is PERFECT! No issues with that one at all. Everyone that sits in the chairs wants to know where I bought them and wants to take them home. I would love to exchange the defective one and get another sturdy one but in think my exchange window has passed

Ok I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my pre teen daughter last yr. So we have had this less then a yr. Every time you move the chair even a little bit it falls apart and you have to reattach the bar that is the only thing that keeps it from collapsing. It’s very awkward to sit in not at all comfortable. It looked so comfortable till you sit in it. Size is good. So have to find some screws that we can permanently attach the bar. Way over priced it’s cheap made. Definitely watch the video someone did in the comments you will not figure out how to put it together based on the horrible instructions. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this chair at all.

I don't have enough adjectives to describe the dream that is this simple chair. I have owned it for a month and fell asleep in it three times. It's like sinking into a warm, supportive cloud. This large size has the head coming all the way up the back so that you can rest your head. The smaller sizes only come up to your shoulders. It is worth every penny more to get the large. The velvet material is divine. Very quick set up tho I struggled a little at the end to tie the material down, but that's a minor quibble. Still gets 5 stars all around. You won't regret this purchase!

I really loved this chair, but unfortunately after some time the 2 iron rods connecting "A" and "B" started bending causing the chair to collapse. There is a weight limit on this chair, and at no point did anyone exceeding even close to that limit has used this chair, so there was absolutely no reason for this other than the metal part just wasn't built to last.So- I hoped I could just get a replacement for only these 2 parts and save the rest of this chair from ending up in a landfill.The rest of the chair parts are totally fine, so I emailed their support to see if I can get a replacement part and the only solution I got was 5% off a whole new chair, which is essentially offering me nothing in my opinion.

The bars that go from the back to the front of the chair, to stabilize it, keep coming out of the slots, then the chair collapses. There are holes at the end of each bar, so I may just use a plastic tie, to keep it from collapsing. I shouldn’t have to, but I can’t use it, otherwise. Anyone else have this problem?The chair is comfortable and the perfect size, but it won’t stay up!

It’s super comfortable. And really easy to assemble. But the zipper cam off at the bottom. There was no stopper keeping it from falling off. And there is no support beam that goes on the legs. I’m going to contact seller and see if I can get a support beam. There’s extra fabric at the top that confused me. Overall, I love this chair. And it is great for small spaces.

This review is about the extra large chair—not the smaller chair.In my opinion, after struggling with the chair for a few hours, it has a critical design flaw.The flaw concerns the two metal bars that connect the front legs to the rear legs. The bars are too long resulting in the front legs being pushed too far forward. This leads to the chair's front feet coming into contact with the floor at an angle smaller than 90°. This makes the chair feel unstable and as though the front legs will eventually collapse.The bars do not attach to the legs, but instead they fit into vertical slots in the legs' horizontal crossbars. The weight of an average adult sitting in the chair bent the metal that fits into the front slots.The overall result is an uncomfortable chair seat that slopes forward. More importantly, the front legs are unstable because they can easily pop out of the plastic joints into which they are inserted where they connect to the front part of the chair's arms. This is related to the previous comment about the feeling that the front legs will eventually collapse.As a temporarily fix, I removed the metal bars and used a ratchet strap to prevent the front and rear legs from spreading too far apart. Furthermore, I have the chair pushed up against a wall to prevent it from tipping backwards. In this configuration, the chair is OK, and even somewhat comfortable.I think that this chair could be good if the two metal bars were shorter, resulting in all four feet coming into contact with the floor at 90° angles. Furthermore, the bars should be designed so they can be secured (e.g., with nuts and bolts) to the front and rear legs.

Its been over a year now...has not lost its shape..plumpness...beauty...or elegance. I fall asleep in it VERY often..and I've burned up my dinner several times...because once you sink into it..you really dont want to get up for NOTHING and I do mean NOTHING...The chair is the most easiest chair to fart in...you dont even have to move one inch...just let it go honey...This is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in!! I've spent a many dollars on chairs and none of them ( even though they are beautiful ) are not as comfortable as this one..Every time I sit in it...I feel like im in paradise ...This is a very ignorant chair and I love it!
