Pure L-Theanine

I did alot of research before I purchased this product. It does exactly what I researched it for. It is a nutrient that comes from the tea plant mainly and from some mushrooms also. I used it to help me relax. It promotes muscle relaxation and calmness. You can add it to coffee and it drastically reduces the jitters. I also use it for sleep with L-Theronate and Apigenin. L-Theronate is the only magnesium developed by Harvard that crosses the blood brain barrier to the neuro transmitters to promote calmness in he brain. Apigenin is a nutrient extracted from thr Chamomile plant. I'm not a scientist so bear with me. Apigenin binds to the GABA receptors in the brain. In other words it promotes better sleep. It helps you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I am not a doctor so please consult with your doctor. I did. I have been using this combination daily for over 8 months now and my sleep has improved significantly. Plus at a certain time at night, no TV, computer use or cell phone scrolling and a set regular time for sleep. Otherwise I recommend this product. I like to use products in the raw form. I put the tiny scoop into a table spoon of applesauce and down the hatch. The nutrients hrlp wit cognitive function. I definitely recommend this product.

I absolutely LOVE L-theanine. Been using it for over a year now. I normally stay up through the night and when I take this, I can knock out. Little tip - I also mix it with coffee in the mornings to balance out the jitters.

Good product, but it is not a one-year supply at my dose level. Also, the price is a bit high since it is only available in this small size from this brand. Check other seller for a better price in larger sizes.I take one 1cc scoop daily between my first and second cup of coffee. MicroIngredients' recommended dose is 250mg but very few people have drug scales that can measure that weight accurately. I use an extra scooper from Concret Creatine which is 1cc. At that rate, 100mg lasted just 3.5 months. I tossed the included scooper with the product since I didn't see a volume stamped on it.L-theanine does not dissolve easily, and you may not get the full dose pouring it into a liquid. Since the scoop is very small, I just put one scoop under my tongue for quick absorption. It has a pleasant taste anyway.Dave Asprey highly recommends L-Theanine with coffee to avoid the jitters. It is very effective for this use case. It is also very calming and will make you very mellow at 1cc other times, but I am used to its effects as I have taken it occasionally for the past 20 years. I take it now with coffee only since I am no longer living a stressful lifestyle.

If you're looking at reviews for l-theanine, you're likely already aware of the benefits. If not, it's an amino acid that helps to promote relaxation without sleepiness.I love coffee, but I hate the jittery, nervous energy followed by the later crash. Adding a scoop (scoop sounds weird ... it's a tiny spoon, probably 1/8 tsp) to my coffee eliminates the jitters and I don't feel like a slug mid-afternoon when my morning caffeine wears off. It's also helped reduce my anxiety.This is a very fine powder. I don't know if it dissolves or not, I can't tell. On its own, it has an odd, slightly sweet, slightly meaty taste. I can't tell it's there once I put it in my coffee, though.The bag is a zip-top. Mine wouldn't re-seal after opening. No big deal, I put the contents into an 8 oz jar.

This is a very pure product. I bought this to reduce my jitteriness when consuming coffee and it worked very well.

Have migraine so I have this L-Theanine powder mix with water 30 minutes before bed. The tiny spoon come with the powder is very helpful, I sleep better.

happy to recive this prodcut - great delivery.Unfortunatly- the expiry of this product is very short - the one i received will expire in 5 months time !!!very dissapointed as this volume should last a year !!!! but its not safe to use beyond expiryTher eis no return on such items either .I am using it with good effects- just feels ive been robbed interms of longevity of product

My batch smelled very bad when opening, I'm not sure if this is normal or not but can't bring myself too put it in my mouth
