Fantastic, beautiful, smooth-playing guitar
Fell in love with this guitar the moment I lifted it from its packaging. The color is beautiful (whale blue), and it turns out the bird inlays are pearlescent--not just the silver look they have in most of the photos here. They have a subtle streak of pale turquoise that looks spectacular with the blue of the guitar. The figured maple pattern shows through the blue in a subtle and beautiful way. The finish is smooth and perfect, and the neck and the frets are smooth as silk, rounded, with all the fret ends smoothed to perfection. It's easy to slide between frets, and easy to bend strings at any fret. Another reviewer said the strings were 10s, but I'm pretty sure they are 9s. This guitar is so smooth it is hard to put down! This is my first guitar with 24 frets, giving the whole neck an open and accessible feel. Having two full octaves just feels right and makes sense. By contrast, my other guitars have always felt claustrophobic above the 12th fret. On this one, the extra length and the angled cut-away on the body mean that all frets are accessible, even to small hands. The sound is great. The single-coil sound has a twangy, spanky voice to it, with an almost vocal-sounding timbre. The humbucker sound has a smoothness and depth to its growl. But with different combinations of tone, volume, and selector, you can create an awesome range of sounds for both rhythm and soloing. Couple of issues: two small scratches or light-colored streaks on the fretboard. They feel perfectly smooth, but visually they are a minor distraction. Worse, when playing, I heard a high-pitched harmonic kind of sound, even when muting the strings, and it continued even when strings were deadened after striking certain notes on the G and B strings. The Google helped me locate the sound as a vibration of the strings above the nut on the headstock. So right now, my beautiful guitar has cotton balls stuffed under the strings on the headstock, and apparently, I have a visit to a luthier in my future. I'm shocked about this, because the workmanship on everything else is outstanding. I don't know how I'm going to let this beauty out of my hands and allow someone to operate on it. In sum: fantastic, beautiful, playable, great-sounding guitar.

Excellent guitar
This guitar was packaged and shipped in such a way that when I received the guitar, it was in great condition. Beautiful instrument, and it sounds amazing. The slim neck makes it play nicely. The action is pretty low on it also. It's lightweight but feels solid and sturdy. Overall great guitar and it felt like a familiar friend when I first picked it up.

I Would Buy This Guitar Again and Again!
First of all, delivery was amazing! I had the guitar in hand and playing within 3 days of ordering it. I love that the packing wasn't over the top with bubble wrap and cellophane all over the guitar. It was easy to unpack, clean and simple but well protected as it was delivered in a nice quality gig bag. I was over the top when I saw the guitar for the first time -- what a beauty! Next, I plugged it in and that first strum was heavenly! I'm an advanced beginner but I do have a good ear so this was such a beautiful sound. I've owned a few Fenders (comparably priced) but this has the sound that I've been looking for... so rich!

Great value
I play both a Gibson Les Paul and Fender Strat and I can tell you that this guitar is quite nice. I was very surprised at both the smooth neck action and weight ( I was half expecting a very light guitar - and the lack of sustain that goes along with it); I was happily surprised. I have only had the guitar for about a week, but its not that difficult for someone who has played for a while to know this is a keeper. I strongly recommend; especially when you consider the PRS option of spending over 5k for the next level up. My only negative here would be the Whammy Bar. I like the bar to "hang loose" and this one requires tightening an Alan screw to secure it in place. Without some tension, the bar, quite literally, falls out while playing.

Sweet mid price guitar
Nice guitar, finish was a darker blue than expected, and hides the mildy figured veneer. Tuned up and plugged in! Played great, feels like 9s, too light for my taste but an easy change and re intonate. For most people it will be great out of the box! Very pleased and will add pictures. PS, the one I received was a 2017 Cor-Tek (Cort Indonesian factory) Added some photos, bright sun to show figure and under room lighting. After a couple days, a well built vesitale guitar, as I expected, from a Cort Factory. Could replace my Parker as the Jam with any one guitar, except no piezo. I will express versitile again, coil tap is clean and crisp.
