How much volume of food can you cook/steam together?

Anything over 3/4 full doesn’t steam/cook as good so just reduce the amount to 3/4

Do you have to hold down the blender button to blend? Or is it an on off switch?

You have to hold it down. Furthermore, there is a limit to how long can you continuously blend, I believe it is 15 seconds. After that you have to release the button and press it again

Does anyone know pls?sometimes it doesn't use all the water but beeps as if it were done and food is uncooked and othertimes not getting hot to cook @

it might need descaling if the water in your area in hard. They have instructions on the website for descaling as far as I remember...

What volt is this? Just wanted to make sure it will work for my country, Indonesia

Ours is 220 volts. I am guessing it might come in a different voltage but I wouldn't know.
