Thompson Center 209 Primer Caddy

Does a good job of keeping the primers dry in light rain and moisture. I do not believe the primers would stay dry if fully submerged. This is easy to throw in a pocket or in a backpack pocket to have extra primers, but also easy to lose. The small bump on the opposite side of the primer make it super easy to push the primer out jsut enough to grab hold of the lip, but plan on taking your gloves off if you are hunting or shooting in colder weather. The rubber is a little slick when wet.Small keychain style 3 piece primer holder that shipped with this is pretty useful to clip onto a backpack strap or a binocular harness and easily accessible.The rubber these are made out of is not the most durable and dented/cut by being placed in my poket with a coin.Price seemed a little high for something so simple and inexpensive to make, but resonable in regards to similar products.Would purchase again.

Bought my first 209 primers box. Pulled out the holder ( upside down ) and most fell out.Not a chance that I'll take a box with me to open out in the field.This is ideal for carrying around.The pimples underneath make it simple to extract the primers and keep them secure.

I use this during muzzleloader season. I load it up with 209 primers and carry it in my pocket when I'm out in the woods. The primers don't fall out, but are easy to get out when I need one. Recommended!

Received my package faster than anticipated AND there was a bonus item (3 primer holder with key chain) that was not advertised, coming as a surprise! Primers hold tight. I am fully satisfied. NOTE: no primer included.

Being a bit clumsy I sometimes drop the cap when it comes to loading my inline. This is more prevalent when I am loading in the woods in a stand in the wind with gloves on. The speed loaders work great for power and bullet, but the primer is still relatively small. It is nice to know that I have a spare at the ready if I need a follow up shot.
