Adapter is fine. Screws, not so much.
The adapter itself is good and holds well, it also looks nice too although the grub screws are abysmal. They're made out of soft metal that feels like cheese. They end up loose and fall out after a while. This adapter is currently being held on by 3 screws as I'm struggling to find replacements.

Fitted my MINI without adapters. I ordered black grub screws (slightly shorter) from a well-known auction site. To me, this improved the look.Edit - Before and after black grub screws

Nice and easy to install.
Used this product for my other half's MG ZR. The stock gearknob and fitting is push on. We have used this product to change it to be able to fit threaded gearknobs which are a lot more common. It's simply a case of putting this on and screwing it in evenly.For under a tenner, definitely worth a shot.

Perfect for R56 mini
Spot on for my mini (2013 R56) dint use any of the adapters provided as they weren't needed. 2 minute fit and a universal screw on gear knob went straight on. Winner
