Ensure you charge it at the start as directed by the manufacturer or it will not hold charge. Once you follow the charging sequence on new batteries the system works great.

Mi NEATO como nueva
Después de volverme loco porque no cargaba la batería y decirme siempre que abriese el compartimento recogedor y pusiese en ON el interruptor, seguía sin funcionar…., pedí la batería, la cambié y como el primer día …. Una maravilla ya pensaba que tenía que comprar un aspirador nuevo 😂😂😂
