I have used a range of resistance bands over the years for training. They have always proved to be both effective, adaptable and versatile whether I'm training at home, on my travels, away from the gym or even at the gym and these bands from Via Fortis are no exception. The quality is truly excellent and they pack to a very compact size compared with other products I have used. I have now bought three bands, offering three different levels of resistance to suit different movements. When it comes to the range of movements you can achieve, anyone who knows these products soon appreciates the possibilities are almost endless. I will always have at least one of these bands handy wherever I go. They will definitely remain a part of my luggage on every away trip.

After a back injury that put a stop to my pullups for 2 years I have just ordered my 2nd Strong band as the first helps alot with my pullups. 2 will help me condition myself better. I can lift alot more than I can pull up and I want to even that out a bit. You do receive an email about 10% off your next order as a thank you but it doesn't work on amazon unfortunately. Didn't stop me ordering again though.

Quick delivery and great product. I have ordered the strong and medium bands and both provide excellent support for pull ups, chins ups and muscle ups. Already noticed an improvement when I do the same exercises without the bands

The old adage "It looks to good to be true" comes into play here!!! Be warned that you're only getting one band [and the lightest one at that] and not the five bands pictured. Very disappointing.

Longtemps hésité sur les différentes résistances d'élastique, j'ai finalement choisi le violet-Medium sous les recommandations de ceux qui l'ont acheté. Excellent choix, je m'en sers comme aide sur les tractions, c'est la force idéale, il aide sans faire tout le boulot, qualité impeccable, même sous le poids du corps il ne se déforme absolument pas au fil des utilisations. Petite mise en garde, ne vous y trompez pas, ne pensez pas que parce qu'il y a 2 intensités au dessus de medium celui-ci est trop faible, il est très résistant, déjà trop pour faire des exercices de musculation épaules par exemple à mon avis. Je n'ai pas testé les bleu et vert mais au vu de la résistance du violet je pense que les 2 au dessus sont vraiment réservés aux bodybuilders ou pour des exercices très spécifiques.

Las compré hace un mes y estas bandas elásticas son super resistentes, la compra mereció la pena. Se pueden usar para mejorar los pull-up y muscle-up (entre otros). Viene con una guía para escanear un QR y descargar un PDF con diversos ejercicios para bíceps, tríceps, pierna...

Per ora sto utilizzando la fascia viola per lo stretching perché voglio migliorare la mia flessibilità e devo dire che fa proprio al caso mio, mi permette di svolgere gli esercizi con la giusta tensione perché è molto resistente senza per questo risultare eccessivamente dura. La qualità del lattice è buona, l'elastico è liscio e morbido al tatto, e nel complesso posso ritenermi pienamente soddisfatta dell'acquisto.

Love the band I bought! So much better than using the ones at the gym!
