⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wish I Could Give It 10 Stars! I’ve been using Green Gobbler Septic Tank Treatment Pods since 2020, and honestly, I wish Amazon allowed a 10-star rating instead of just five. What first drew me to this product was the convenience. The pods are mess-free, easy to use, and very reasonably priced. I put them on auto-shipment every six months, keep one pack for myself, and give another pack to my parents so they can use it too. To be honest, for years I never really stopped to think, “How well is this actually working?” That changed recently when I had my septic tank serviced for the first time in seven years (yes, I was overdue!). When the septic company came out, they were amazed at how clean my filter was. They actually asked what product I was using and told me to keep using it because it clearly made a huge difference. After seven years, my filter still looked remarkably clean. That’s when I realized just how effective this product has been behind the scenes. Years ago, my septic company had given me a different treatment product that was very expensive. When that ran out, I found Green Gobbler—and I’ve never used anything else since. This is one of the best septic and drain treatment we have ever tried!!! There’s no toxic smell or residue. In the toilet, the water turns blue and we allow it to sit for 15-30 minutes to allow the enzymes to work. It also cleans that rings that shows up in bowl and makes cleaning easy!!! Use one or two pellets if your toilet or septic drain needs more heavy duty care!

Easy to use, but does this stuff actually improve septic tank operation? Who knows? Had tank inspected after 2 years since last pumpout, and solids level looked the same as it looked before last pumpout (after 3 years of use).

One of the better septic tank products on the market, and it is definitely not sawdust. One pod a month, and it keeps the septic tank clean and clear.

Part of our monthly preventative maintenance. Does a great job keeping our toilet and sewer system completely free and clear, smelling fresh and functional. We use these pods, along with a cup of Liquid Plumber in our bathroom sink, master shower and 2nd shower, to prevent any buildup or clogs on the first (1st) of every month! For our three (3) toilets, we also use Scott's Brand 1,000 sheet toilet paper for the BEST toilet paper breakdown in water, again to prevent any clogs, backups or relared issues. We've been doing these procedures for over 5 years with exceptional results. Plan to continue indefinitely.

They seem to work well. However, the test will be next year when I pump it out after five years. Just two of us in the house and the drain field looks like it is fine. So, I would recommend for the price it is such an easy way to help maintain. Be sure to use at night so the tank will have time to do work before you begin to fill the tank again the next day.
