Absolutely brilliant for pulling animal hair and fluff from carpet that the vacuum doesn't. However it is also quite gross to see how much does come out.These are too harsh and rough for furnishings or other material.

Be prepared to buy again as they don't last long. Great idea though

I have Maine coon and Norweigian forest cats they are furry very furry and they shed both a top coat and an undercoat, my house has furniture in the literal fur senseYou sit on a dining room chair and you get a furry behind BTW this tool worked great on the dining room chairs which are a type of velvety fabric cheap sort of pretend velvethowever, on our sofa run of the mill UK fabric corner sofa, this tool just kept plucking the fabric.it's really not big enough to use on the floor or a rug unless of course, you need a suitable punishment for a teenager or you could get them to do the stair carpet with it,as for clothing stick to a lint roller

brought these for the stairs, the amount of hair that has came out of the stairs was unbelievable. need to have a good grip and give some effort but the result will be worth it

Got these to use on a particularly well worn area on the stairs that seemed to cling onto bobbles, worked very well at getting those off. In the process realised how much cat hair our hoover doesn't pick up and then promptly proceeded to de-fluff the entire house giving myself a blister on my hand. But at east the carpets loos great! So it works very well but the metal part pops off the handle at random intervals, you can just pop it back in and carry on but it is a bit annoying. That being said, good for the price.
