Easy Peasy Chinese

in a world where learning Chinese Mandarin is getting day by day more important this book is well explained and a nice introduction to the fascinating language.

I wish I had this before I started with the HSK 1 guide itself. It is much easier going and offers some very handy tips for an English speaker to start getting their heads around the many quirks of the Chinese language. It is well and thoughtfully laid out and covers many basic but useful situations you will need a few words for.Very much a basic guide and you need to download the app and work alongside it to get the best out of the book.Recommended.

This is such a great book. I was looking for an easy way into the language that didn't overwhelm me with complex explanations of grammar. The book provides a simple but solid foundation to the language and the app is excellent.

Great book, great quality printing and content. All amazing in those regards. Handbag sized so easy to carry. One small thing however is that I wish it would open flat so you could clearly read the pages and study comfortably. The book wants to stay closed making it a little difficult to view the pages and write at the same time. You have to hold it open making it a little awkward to use. Perhaps a ring bound edition would work, or even a copy not quite so tightly bound.

Easy to follow.
