Tune Up Fitness Coregeous Kit with DVD Coregeous Ball and Original Yoga Tune Up Balls

Description

Coregeous Kit with DVD, Coregeous Ball, and Original Yoga Tune Up Balls Review: Love love love this great value package and this amazing system of toning - Corgeous is a fantastic DVD. It is focussed on muscle tone and exercises which do just that. However it's all core muscle not just abdominal and with huge focus on the back, strengthening and toning and also stretching. It works very well with my Pilates and they compliment each other so well. The Corgeous ball is a smallish ball you inflate yourself and use with the DVD in one particular section. A good degree of core tone and flexibility is required to do any of this work, it really is not novice or beginner to exercise at all and that goes for the whole DVD. The yoga tune up balls are used to really deep massage back muscles and upper trapevious and they are fantastic. Jill is a total guru when it comes to muscles and which are which and where and why. She is a teachers teacher and she walks the walk and talks the talk. I totally respect her knowledge and her amazing body is all proof that this works. Jill is probably my age (mid 50) and her body would make anyone proud. This is a very good value way of buying most of what you need in one go. All totally recommended. Review: Ball review: Ball is JUNK - not sure about DVD yet, can't use without ball - Haven't had a chance to use the dvd; ball came with no instructions. YouTube videos on how to inflate similar balls indicate there ought to be a tube / straw that came with it. My package did not have a tube. I improvised with a straw, as was suggested in the actual ball page questions on desertcart. Luckily I have a metal straw, as a plastic one will not work. The ball is so rigid from being folded that it's nearly impossible to blow up by mouth with my metal straw. Also, to use the plug that came with it, the ball deflated by the time I sort of inserted it. Maybe I'll try my air compressor to blow this thing up. Get a better design for this product, this ball sucks!
