Are these waterproof?

The PaperMate Flair Pens are not waterproof pens.

Anyone have any tips for getting it out of clothing? My kindergartner is destroying all her clothes because these are what they use in class.

Why are they not in a package? They arrived in an envelope, no packaging. Is this legitimate product?...

Mine arrived in the standard packaging as pictured... I would be wary of pens arriving loose like that. I would request a refund and buy from a different seller on Amazon.
