Had to return a full size (3.5 inch) because of pressure on my throat from the height. I opted for the smaller 2.5 inch, and the support is still great, and I do not have to fight for air.This brace does not mask the pain; however, it does keep the neck well supported which allows me pain free maneuverability.After a couple days of using my brace, my pain level has subsided from 4 to 1 (out of 5). It's not a miracle cure, but it's the best my neck has felt in a week. RECOMMEND

Great product to use if you have a sore neck and need some support. Nice and firm and easy to use.

It was to big. The product was fine Wished it would have fit.

The fabric is not soft, where the Velcro is attached it is hard to line it up exactly so it pokes and makes the ends hard and uncomfortable. I could not sleep in it unless I was sitting upright. Oddly shaped, it was hard to tell which way went up. Although uncomfortable it did provide relief for my neck. If I need to use it again I will go in person to buy a more comfortable one like I had many years ago.

Little too large for my neck

I bought this to sleep with. Was waking up with a sore neck and shoulders. Tried many pillows but didn’t work. Since I wear this to sleep in I have had no pain in my neck or shoulders. Just firm enough and stays on during the night.

I love this item. It works well. I use it on and off during work hours as I am sitting down on my PC all day. I lost my first one after about 1 year of use. I bought the same exact one since, I was happy with the first one. Not too bulky and comfortable.

This is a pretty good item. I bought it for neck pain, obviously, and it does help. I wear it while sleeeping because I roll around a lot at night, using my neck to move I guess. It does keep the pain down but it does take some getting used to. It is kind of uncomfortable.

Its ultra soft and flexible while bending ur neck sideways or downwards and price is also reasonable,only complain is if it was available in black it would be awsome coz i am a man.
