I bought these for my son. The price is great but more importantly, you get 2 of them. They are solid and just as good as grip strength trainer I've owned. Definitely worth it.

Half the price of what the local sporting goods store wanted for the same thing. Works well. Easily adjustable.

As other reviewers have mentioned, these have not been designed with durability in mind. The plastic and rivet construction will fail sooner than later, but for occasional use they'd be just fine. I find them rather small. I wear XL size gloves and have a hard time fitting all of my fingers, much less my thumb onto the short grips. I've been using them one way for one set, then flipping them upside down for the next set to give most of my fingers some exercise. My wife, size small hands, thinks they work just fine.

Bought this for my son. We both use them and the adjustable tension is nice but more importantly, the hand grips are comfortable. This is an easy go-to when you're not physically involved in other activities.

These, as advertised, can be adjusted for her needs and my heavier needs. They are easily adjusted and are consistently accurate in their pound pull each cycle. very nice "feel" to the grip and very light. I am using them as exercise and my wife's shoulder was broken in 9 pieces and was replaced. She is using them for rehabilitation and they allow her to increase the pull slowly as well as increasing the reps. I highly recommend these!!!

This hand strengthener is great, the spring part is adjustable so when your hand strength improves it can be tightened. Its great value as you get 2 in a pack, and they are very sturdy. The end cap falls of sometimes when you have it tightened quite far, but thats not a problem as its only aesthetics and you can easily put back on. I would recommend.

I bought these as I am getting on in years and need to keep the power of my grip for sports such as canoeing and cycling. Maintaining a low impact grip on a canoe paddle for long periods of time can cause cramp. Similarly gripping handle bars can develop what is known as cyclists’ palsy, this is damage to the ulna nerve which can lead to some paralysis. I try to move my grip while doing both and find that taking magnesium supplements helps but not too much especially before an event!I have these on the lowest setting and use them constantly throughout the day either press and release or press and hold, alternatively or at the same time. They both have the same compression power and did not break at the highest setting. They look well-made and are comfortable to hold, they click when you close them together which helps keep a rhythmic workout. There are claims that isometric hand exercisers help lower blood pressure, apparently, you need to alternately squeeze for the two minutes at 30% of your maximum effort. Search the web for more info.

I was pleased to get two of these for the same price as many charge for one. They arrived quickly and I have found them easy to use and to be of good quality. The adjustment mechanism is simple (operated by turning a thumbscrew) and works well. VBery pleased!
