Works perfect
Easy to use, does exactly what you need. 7 cups of water to 1.75 cups of coarse ground beans. The plastic filter works extremely well, and doesn't let grounds through. Easy to hand clean. No complaints

The product I receive is not as the same in the picture it was different and the quality was very, very cheap

Easy to use
I have tried this a few times now and I am enjoying it very much. I did check on line for advice before starting and there were good ones on YouTube. The coffee is nice and smooth and can be drunk cold or heated up . Do ensure you can store it in your fridge. I found that it was helpful to decant into a jug before it was finished so that the coffee maker can be cleaned and the next brew started. I found 36 hours in the fridge was sufficient.
