So. Here's the thing. I was skeptical about this product, as probably many other people. After all there are so many ineffective supplements on the market, this one is "just another one". Then I read some reviews around and decided to test it. I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 about 2 years ago and, no matter the TONS of prescriptions I took, with awful side effects, it was really hard to follow a diet and trying to lose weight. On top of that none of the Victoza, Metformin, Novolog and I don't even remember how many others, would help with keeping the cravings down. OR the blood sugar (always around 190 on my meter). Your product came via Amazon on April 18 and I started it right away. After 24 hours (3 pills) I was shocked I was NOT opening the refrigerator every two hours because I was hungry. Within one week 4 pounds were gone and I was still doing great in eating ONLY my normal meals (which btw thanks to the pill taken 1 hour before each meal) were reduced in size. It's quite "weird" for me going to a restaurant and leave half of whatever I order in the plate, being used to finish all and maybe ask for more. But You do feel you're "satisfied" and that's all the food you want to eat. I'm not getting up 3 times while I'm sleeping because of the gallons of water I was drinking before. I can have a FULL 8 hours sleep. Hadn't happened in over a year. My blood sugar, although still high, is now around 140 in the morning, another thing hadn't happened in over a year. I am now able to go to the gym twice a week, always postponed before for being too tired or unmotivated. Not that exercise is required, but I do feel much better than before and I want to "do my part". Well all my skepticism about this product is entirely gone. I am NOT even used to write reviews....but I do hope this one will help someone as skeptic as I was, in testing it out. I have a long road ahead, I need to drop at least another 90 pounds just to go back to normal. However, for the FIRST time in over 7 years I DO feel I can make it. I'm glad I followed my instinct and I'm also glad I found THIS product, among the many offered on Amazon, because I do believe the composition of yours is much better than other products out there. I can only thank you. All those prescription drugs were doing more damage than healing. pills to keep this down but that will cause liver issues and OTHER pills to "protect" the liver.. All I'm taking now is Victoza at night and 1 Garcinia Cambogia before each meal. I lost about 10 pounds. Is true that, like in all processes, in the beginning you see sometimes even half a pound a day, then it slows down. I know that's normal and I will start losing more weight soon. My worst enemy was being unable (read: I have no spine) to over eat during meals and between meals. All that is gone. It's like living again a normal life. ...and that is priceless. Thank you

This is truly a supplement, not a "miracle capsule" It doesn't work where you can eat anything you want. However, I am working out and eating healthy and feel this is a great "kickstart" supplement. I truly believe it is helping speed up my weightloss. You have to do the work and allow Garcinia to work on supporting your weightloss. Make sure you take it as recommended; 30 to 60 minutes before eathing with 8 to 16 ounces of water so it dissolves and works more efficiently. I always take it on an empty stomach, which I found is key. I have dropped the pounds more quickly. I have lost 13 pounds and it's only been 17 days!! I have been working on losing weight for several months prior to taking Garcinia so this isn't water loss; it truly is accelerated fat loss and I love how it is working. You have to expect to eat healthy so the capsules don't work so hard to fight the carbs and fat you eat; instead fights the fat cells you already have!!

First let me say, the weight did not appear overnight it will not disappear overnight. There are NO miracles in weight loss. That said, this product is working very well for me. I find that taking both pills 1st thing in the AM on empty stomach with a FULL 8 - 10 oz of water works much better for me than splitting the dose up throughout the day. I have not experienced any side effects at all; no nausea, headaches, moodiness, etc... What I do notice is a decrease in my overall desire to eat throughout the day. When I do eat, I do not want as much. I am still cognizant of WHAT I am eating, I.e. I am not binging on Doritos and Twinkies with a 2 liter of Pepsi. I have noticed my clothes are looser and a definite flattening of my stomach and lower abdominal areas.. I have nice energy flow through out the day. In short, it is not a miracle pill by any means but it does help the cause. Full disclosure - I am only looking to lose about 15-20 lb of fat and I do have a good amount of muscle tone already since I am fairly active person. I already eat a healthy diet, avoid sodas, most sweets, gluten, simple carbs and all highly processed foods. My weight is result of menopause and just plain old slowing of metabolism along with sluggish thyroid. But, for me this has helped. I would recommend and I will buy again without reservation.

It said no side effects with this organic all natural product...WOW, I DEVELOPED LOWER LEFT SIDE ABDOMEN PAIN!!!I was taking it for 3days as directed and after first dosage I realized that I'm getting some strange cramping in my lower back side and in my left abdomen that became dull pain day and night after which I decided to stop taking them as to see if my suspicion is correct...well 2 days later or more specifically on the first day of not taking those pills I realized that that pain was slowly decreasing (still feels strange but going away slowly, THANK GOD!) MIND YOU I'VE HAD DIFFERENT WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCTS BEFORE(first time in 2009)and they weren't even as natural in all ingredients yet they did shed the pounds within a month and I never had ANY side effects. After that I tried a different one in the beginning of this year which gave me results but also they warned of extremely dry mouth and to drink A LOT of water all day,which wasn't too bad but after few weeks became uncomfortable since I constantly need to communicate with clients and it was hard to do that if I had to sip non stop on water ALL THE TIME!!!!!But at least I was feeling good and had no organ pains at all...until I purchased this product that almost made me pay a visit to ER! So I'm only giving three stars because after a little research, it feels a little like snake oil that could do serious liver damage. Tests on this were, apparently, not shown results on humans specifically. Having said that, I've only taken as directed for a few days and already feel less hungry. So there's that.

I just received my order two days ago and decided to start taking these yesterday to be able to start in the morning and take them for a full day. I can't review on any weight loss just yet, but I can review on energy and appetite control. I took one capsule, 30-45 minutes prior to a meal, and actually had to force myself to eat even just a few bites, I literally was not hungry! It is the most powerful Garcinia Cambogia I have ever tried, and trust me, I have tried many. As far as energy goes, being a mother of 5 leaves you feeling like a zombie most days... but this product changed all that, in just one day! I could think clearer, focus better, there was pep in my step, I even managed to finish washing and folding the 15 loads of laundry and bedding between the last two days as a result of cleaning my kids' bedrooms, and still had energy to spare! I wasn't falling asleep while watching tv with my husband like I typically do. And I felt great, no negative side-effects what-so-ever! I will try to update in a few weeks on the weight loss, but so far, this product is awesome!!! UPDATE: I have been taking this supplement for a little over 2 weeks now and am happy to say that I have lost a total of 10 lbs. Still have energy and my appetite has dramatically decreased. Works best if you drink plenty of water, and at the very least, walk a few blocks a day.

First things first, I am using this in conjunction with the Bioschwartz Forskollin. I have not used the GC by itself. I wanted to go through a few bottles before leaving a review so that I could give the product time to work. At this time, I am on my 3rd bottle. When I first got this, I used it for about 3 weeks before declaring "this isn't doing anything for me" and I stopped using it. However, the week after I stopped using it, I noticed that I didn't feel as lean and my weight was up by a pound. Nothing earth shattering, I know, but still, I could feel the difference. So, I decided to start taking it again. At that time, I was heading out on vacation. I took both products the week I was on vacation and I can honestly say that during this time I did not feel as bloated or heavy as I normally feel when I am on vacation and eating off plan. I can only attribute it to the Garcinia Cambogia and the Forskollin because I was definitely enjoying ice cream just about every night. When I got back, my weight was up, which was to be expected, but I didn't feel as awful as I usually feel. And once I got back into my workout regime and normal eating plan, my weight went right back to normal and I felt light and lean. So as I stated in my headline, this isn't a miracle worker and it hasn't helped me shed buckets of pounds, but it helps keep my weight in check with deviations from my eating plan. And when I am full on plan, I feel that it helps me be a bit leaner.
