Wastage of money

The quality of the product is good. The one serious fact that is worrying me is " it is difficult to swallow " . The bumpy texture on the pill grips in the throat. Plz make sure you have enough water while having this pill.

I have been taking Nutrova's fish oil for three months now and I think it is amazing. The best part of this capsule is that it has none of that fishy flavour, aftertaste or the bad-tasting burps that usually follow a fish oil capsule. Another great thing, it has 550 mg of omega-3 fats in a small capsule as compared to others that only have 300ish mg in a rather big capsule. This makes it easier to swallow. Overall great product for people who want to consume omega-3 fats through supplements.

I went with this brand because it has low to no mercury.If I eat this for 1 week my chess rating goes up 😌. One of the best cognition boosting supplements.
