Finistere : Things to See and Do at the End of the World

This is my first (I think) ever Amazon review but I just wanted to say how good I thought this book was. We've just got back from a week in Finistere, this book was invaluable. We had variable weather and the tours outlined in this book enabled us to really enjoy our break. The tours are laid out really well with very interesting notes and pointers. We explored places not in the normal tourist guides, that enabled us to get a real flavour of the area. Highly recommended.

A very useful little book which we used extensively during our December 2015 stay in Brittany. On the days that the weather was just too bad to walk we travelled by car around a number of the journeys suggested in the book and found them very interesting. During the winter month's many of the places are closed but some are open and the scenery is as good as ever. A very good companion to her (Wendy Mewes) publication 'Walking in Finistere.

Living here I have found this book to be very useful and have lent it out several times to my friends
