Nice spoons

These spoons are so cute and functional. They are a staple in my house since we are loose leaf tea drinkers. I love having a stash of these as they are the perfect size for a serving of tea leaves.

These are a great sturdy scoop that look great in my glass laundry jars. Perfect size for scent beads and oxyclean

I got these for my coffee station. I am not that fancy, don’t get it twisted. They were good for the money and fit into the coffee/ sugar vessels as I wanted. Two scoops perfectly fit into a reusable K-cup to make a good strong cup of coffee (GO BIG/ STRONG OR GO HOME). So what am I saying? They are spoons. They work. Enjoy.

So, this is a very special use case for me. I've recently started making my own hot cocoa from a recipe I found on the web. The recipe basically calls for a tablespoon of cocoa, chocolate nibs and sugar (and a pinch of vanilla) for each cup of milk. Most of my tablespoon measures come in a ring so I ended up rinsing off a whole ring just for one spoon. So, I "needed" something just for this one use case. These worked perfectly: they are comfortable, sturdy, well-made. Very happy.

Was looking for a 1/8 c or 2T scoop to measure out ingredients for the breakfast porridge. The Honey Bear version popped up at the top of my search results. I appreciated the moderate diameter of the scoop as well as the relatively deep bowl, allowing for easy scooping of dry materials, while also promoting easy measurement of liquids, since too big of a diameter leads to inaccuracy in the measurement. I don't really like the smoke color of the scoop, but considering that Honey Bear doesn't seem to make a 2T scoop in silver, I decided to buy this one. I also like its relatively long handle for digging deeper into jars and bags - sturdy too. I've subtracted one star for the dark finish, but if that doesn't matter to you, then there really is no other negative to this nicely manufactured tool.

Look, I'm loyal to the old fashioned aluminum measuring spoons. Unfortunately, so is my garbage disposal. Even if I could prevent that gnarly problem, my kids need a tablespoon for the several powdered drink options in our house, and my tablespoons are constantly missing because the spoon gets left in the containers. I bought two packages (4 in total) to help spread the responsibility, and I really, really love these spoons. They are solid, they are very nicely weighted and so pretty. They put my box-store-special silverware to shame, too. So now I have plenty for the kids and my coffee station and maybe some cooking once in a while, too.

This size works hard in our kitchen so it was time to buy a good one - and these are.

I’m forever losing my measuring spoons but only the teaspoon size. These are perfect and good quality and will hopefully hang on to them.

WARNING: When I first bought these less than a year ago I thought they were beautiful. The welds for where the handle connect to the scoop have turned black. Not impressed. Won’t buy again. Be warned. At nearly $10 a scoop I would like to return but can’t. I would warn against purchasing. Not quality. Deceiving.
