Did not send the item pictured
This company did not send the item pictured- they sent a different cake transfer- yes it was Skylanders but not the one pictured that I ordered. The cake that my customer wanted needed to have the character "Chop Chop" which the one pictured did, the one sent did not. It is too late to try to order another and get it in time.I know mistakes happen but in the cake business on tight schedules and deadlines this is unacceptable. That said I will not be ordering from this company again and would not recommend them. I gave a two star rating because it was shipped fast and the product is nice just not what I ordered.
