How many straps do the garterbelt have?

4 -Two in the front and two in the back

will the queen size fit a 6'2" guy?

Well I'm 5 ft 10"; 185 lbs and the stocking stops a little over my knees so it's not thigh high for me and the garter belt is very loose and way too long... so I'm gonna have to say no

Do they come with the panty’s and what style are they

No, they do not come with panties. They are really nice.

How long can the straps be adjusted?

I haven't actually measured, but these are at least 6-7 inches. They are actually too long for me, but I'm really short. They are the longest I've ever seen on any garter belt. I would measure them for you except they are packed away right now, we are getting ready to move.
