Pretty but impractical--and incomplete.
I should have read the description. I was ordering to get Brouwer's "November Day". I thought it would be a standard paperback. It's hardbound, with a fancy, soft puffy faux leather cover. Not spiral bound, unfortunately. No editor or arranger noted anywhere that I could see. My copy did not come with an exquisite presentation box or however they described it. As attractive as it is, it sure won't sit on a music stand, and you're not going to want to get coffee stains on the pages. If you're looking for a gift for a classical guitarist, they might like the fancy packaging but probably have all the solos in the book in other collections--especially paperback and/or with spiral binding. They'll just put it on the coffee table or the book shelf. This is a vanity publication--not one you're going to want to own if you are a practicing player. If on the other hand you're one of those daydreamers who think that maybe SOMEday they'll learn to play guitar, you might like leafing through this one.
