The product delivered was a commercial anti-bacterial soap for hands and other surfaces, not the aloe vera hand soap sold at Sam's stores.

Shipping Mishap
One bottle was damaged with a gash in the bottom. It arrived half empty, and the plastic bags full of soap. No ones fault.. just letting you know.... It is still a lovely soap...
