Excellent.
Product was good for my purposes, sure there was condensation, but if you don't want plates with condensation you should be making them yourself instead of getting them shipped.

Responsive customer service and quality product
Initially received product completely broken but seller quickly sent a free replacement. No prior contamination and fungal spores I used love it. The black really does help spot contamination and see the small intricacies during culture growth.

Pretty Good
When I got these, they were delayed but they did arrive after about a week into using them I noticed there was a crack in one of the plates. There was lots of condensation all over the inside of the plate. I had one plate contaminated before use. I don't like how they don't pre-wrap the plates with any para-film. I don't like the non-transparency of the agar either. It does have a nice amber color to it with LOTS of detail if you shine a light up at yourself through it though. I probably won't buy it again but it wasn't a bad experience.

Makes it easy to see. I’m curious about longevity of the specimen… We shall see!

Old dried cracked agar plates
I had very good results with this vendor’s regular translucent PDA agar plates, however the charcoal plates were obviously either a bad batch or they were old and dried out and began to crack barely a weeks after receiving them. They didn’t colonize well with any of the various strains that I inoculated them with either. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if they weren’t so expensive. Bad luck for me I guess, but oh well there are plenty of other highly rated vendors.

I was happy when the Petri's were delivered, but they were flimsy plastic, they crack very easily, hold them gently when wrapping with tape , out of the set of petri's I received, 2 worked without growing contamination, sadly the cost was not worth it, I will not be ordering online agar Petri's again. Its way to easy to make it myself.

Wen I received had a lot of condensation and puddles on the dish and in the bag of dishes .
