I always wondered how long the door anchor that came with my resistance bands would last, I found out yesterday when it failed while I was working out slamming into my forehead with such force it knocked me backwards off my exercise ball. Yes it would have made for a great tik tok vid. I immediately logged onto Amazon for replacement door anchors and came across this great product. There were cheaper brands but I didn’t want to get zonked in the head again so I purchased this product. Look at the pic, it’s way more substantial and now I can workout with confidence once again. Highly recommend.

I have used a few different door anchors. This product surpasses them all. It is a little shorter and wider than the others, but this is actually a plus. Since I am putting significant tension on the bands, the Boss anchor is much easier to un-loop the bands after I finish my sets. I do not have to remove my gloves and fiddle with it for a while to get it to loosen up (YAY!). Also, the inner material is much more durable, so that little shreds don't start accumulating on the floor after a few uses. So far, it has stood up to some serious pulling and shows no signs of wear and tear. I wholeheartedly recommend this door anchor and will be a repeat buyer if/when it needs to be replaced... During the Virus outbreak we started working out at home using resistance bands. Something to keep us in shape and release stress. We purchased several bands and different devices to use them instead of investing in free weights or larger freestanding machines for our compact gym. I wanted something for doing leg work and some light upper body work and this did the trick very well. Use on an interior door and simply close with device either under it on the side of it or at the top. Just make sure the door is securely closed and locked. There is nothing worse then being halfway through a rep and having your partner open the door and smack you in the face with the device. Learned that one the hard way. But secured to our bands via a clip and secured behind the door via the stopper on it. The strap goes through the door opening to hold it in place. I would recommend this to anyone who is exploring working out at home. I have found it much easier to keep up with my exercise routine and we spend less than a gym membership would for both of us. Plus regardless of weather or schedule you can always find a few moments to work out using this and other items at home or even while traveling. This also packs away well in my luggage for continuing to exercise even while away from home.
