I bought this two years ago. What I got then was scuba. My recent second purchase turned out to be a 1980's polyester fabric. Although it is very nice polyester it's not a scuba. I was going to return it but as per their return instructions - "There will be a 30% re-stocking fee and a two-way shipping fee (shipping charges will be deducted from all returns regardless if the listing stated "free shipping") on all returns that are not due to AK Trading Co. error."

not what you'd expect...
This IS a stretchy nylon type fabric, but it is NOT 1.5mm scuba. It's very thin. I regret not reading the reviews before buying. Luckily I ended up having a good use for the fabric so it was not a waste of money. But yeah...

Stained and Cut
The fabric itself is just as I imagined. Perfect for clothing, not too thin or thick.What I didn’t imagine is that it would be stained throughout with God knows what and be delivered with a slash on it. I needed this quickly so I figured I’d wash it and move on, but even a good wash hasn’t removed the stains, so now I’m left to work around them.Seems as though these were mistake made in handling by Amazon, so maybe not the greatest place to purchase fabric.
