Good for people who know nothing about this topic but for those who are in the business - nothing new (same old examples of Go store from amazon or Hema store in Shanghai). Personally - the most unappealing part is the feeble attempt to create a new buzzword (in this case “ONLIFE”) and hope it catches on in the industry and possibly people remember the author as the one who coined it. Ugh!
