I've been using the pills for almost a month. They are on the larger side, and it did take a few days before I felt the effects on my feet. I'll continue the usage. I do find myself falling asleep within ten minutes of using them; not sure if that's the intended effect or that I'm taking a pill just before going to bed. They are helpful. Waiting on my second order to arrive.

Nervive Nerve Relief PM works well for occasional tingling and nerve discomfort. The tablets are easy to swallow, tasteless, and odor-free. After about a week, I noticed less tingling and better sleep. A simple, effective supplement for nerve support and rest.

Works takes a few days but it helps greatly on tingling feet cramps in legs can sleep a lot calmer at night.

This product does nothing, don’t waste your money. 🙁 I have suffered from restless legs for a long time now and was desperate to try anything that might help. At roughly $20 for 30 tablets, I thought that was a fair price to pay for a month’s worth of sleep. My first mistake was not realizing that 30 tablets only last 10 days as the dose suggested is three tablets per night. So essentially your monthly cost of this product will turn out to be $60 a month. Pretty expensive. My second mistake was not real realizing that this product is essentially nothing but alpha lipoic acid and melatonin. You can basically buy both of those things independently for a much lower price. Alpha lipoic acid is primarily suggested for nerve pain, which I did not have. My third mistake was not researching enough about alpha Lipo acid and whether or not it would help me sleep. Bottom line: no, it does not. The only thing in this product that does anything for sleep is the melatonin and I already had that in my medicine cabinet. Hopefully all of you can learn from my mistakes, and not waste your money on this product.

My husband takes this for neuropathy and it helps a lot. It’s not immediate but within a few days. Now it has it under control. Large but not hard to swallow with no stomachs upset. Reasonably priced.
