The cleaner works fine. It arrived in the original box which did not look damaged, but a couple hubcaps were off and one had a broken tab so it would not go on. I called and a rep told me they would call me when they had one available. I went ahead and ordered one myself because I doubt they will ever send it.The cleaner comes with a velcro close bag, not the plastic clip closure shown in the Amazon photo. The photo on the box shows the Velcro tab closure. You can order one with the plastic closure.The unit is also mostly white with grey. The depth hose is a clear grey and the main hose is white.I had ordered the same cleaner from a different supplier and it had the same problem with the hubcaps. It also didn’t work and I had to return it, but that was a problem with the other supplier.

This item replaced a 12 year old Kreepy Krauly and as expected - collects very small debri from the bottom of the pool. The item came with a Velcro bag top - not the snap top bag pictured.

Needed to replace the old cleaner, so purchased the same brand. This one will not stay on the floor of the pool. The manual says that you can purchase a weight to add to the unit, which I did, but it still won't stay on the bottom to vacuum the pool.

Does a much better job then the most costly Polaris 380, the 4 wheel design is much better than the 3 wheel Polaris. In 14 years went thru 3 Polaris's had the refurbished but never worked like it did when new and when new did not do as good of cleaning job as the Pentair Kreepy Krauly Legend.

I thought it was not suppose to tip over with 4 wheels. Does not pick up fine sand that i have on the bottom of the pool.

We love having the Kreepy Krauly because it keeps the sand out of the pool. We had one before and it went bad after 15 or 20 years. So as you can tell we were missing it.

Bought this unit to replace a Polaris 3900 unit that we've had for 10 yrs. Forgot how nice a cleaner works when it's new and works correctly. If this unit lasts as long as the Polaris, I'll be more than happy.
