One pill is not enough. You have to take more than one.

very helpful for people with GERD /LPR
if you suffer from GERD /LPR / or severe acid reflux or acidity which just wont go away after treatments , then this may cure you....after one year of unbearable pain of acidity with all treatment options failing , colon cleanse worked for me .....do not take this as a medical advice its just my story it may or may not be useful for your GERD , consult your doctor but a colon cleanse usually dosent hurt anyone

Super effective, no cramping, and natural
Some brands cause cramping. I think I’ve tried them all. I always come back to this one because it’s natural and there’s no cramping and no emergency running to the bathroom. I take just one pill every few days. I don’t need it , but I like how it gently cleans

Love this product! No stomach cramps from this easy on the body once or twice a day.Will continue to buy!

Be prepared for the worse cramping ever...but...
I guess everyone reacts differently to this. I've see reviews that say no cramping but I have to say this was the WORSE stomach aches/cramping, I have ever experienced. It was absolutely debilitating BUT.....that may just be me. The product worked beside that.
