I recently bought some microwave popcorn and boy, was it an adventure. As I eagerly awaited the popcorn to finish popping, I couldn't help but think of that classic line from "The Princess Bride": "Have fun storming the castle!" because that's exactly what it felt like waiting for the kernels to explode into fluffy goodness. But then disaster struck, and the popcorn burned! As I mourned the loss of my snack, I couldn't help but think of the iconic line from "Apollo 13": "Houston, we have a problem." And boy, did I have a problem. I mean, who knew that popping corn could be such a high-stakes endeavor? Undeterred, I decided to try again, this time with a bit more caution. As I waited anxiously, I couldn't help but think of the wise words of Yoda from "Star Wars": "Do or do not. There is no try." And let me tell you, it was a good thing I heeded his advice because this time, the popcorn came out perfectly. In the end, I was left with a delicious snack and a newfound appreciation for the art of popcorn popping. And as I sat there munching away, I couldn't help but think of that classic line from "The Lion King": "Hakuna Matata - it means no worries." And with my perfectly popped popcorn in hand, I had no worries at all.

We share a 100-calorie bag of popcorn for our afternoon snack every day and Pop Secret consistently pops almost every kernel into large, fluffy delightful popcorn. With careful attention to timing, burned kernels are rare. Our favorite popcorn ever!

Update - very late update (sorry 😞) I was sent the correct amount and got to keep the original box that was sent! I ordered the 4 pack of 12. I only received 1 12 pack and I need these asap as they are a gift for my students for Meet the Teacher. I did receive a refund and I placed another order the the 4 pack of 12 so hopefully I actually get them all this time. I'll update my review once my order is processed and delivered correctly.

Perfect serving size, wonderful smell and flavor. I’ve been trying to get a perfect pop (all kernels popped without any burned pieces) and this is the closest I’ve gotten. Setting at 1 minutes and 23 seconds I’ve gotten to just 2 I popped kernels!!
