Q: Where are these made?

I don't know, but they are a very good quality and they arrived just a couple of days after my order. I'm very happy with mine.

Q: What is the difference between pattern a and pattern b?

They are the same items,just sold by different quantity:3pcs/10pcs.

Q: Can this be used for foundation as well?

I do not believe so. It is a soft, fluffy puff for dusting, or possibly, face powder. It would have to be washed and dried after every use if used for foundation.

Q: How many puffs am I actually getting for $5.99?

Looks like one powder puff. I purchased the $7.99 order which is 3 powder puffs. Either way, I’ve been daily using only one so far and I couldn’t be more pleased! It truly is super soft. I’ve hand washed it and it’s still the same softness. It holds the powder well and spreads it well also. Hope you purchase it and enjoy this great product.
