Pretty fabric
I am a 36 waist and just a little snug. Love the fabric. It's a bit fly away, so not good for a windy day or I would be trying to look like Marilyn Monroe. I did get a slip to wear with it. Washed in a garment bag and hung to dry. Washed nicely.

The material is beautiful and flowy. The waistband is a bit tight on me though; the skirt would be better if it came in multiple sizes.
