Do not purchase waste of money!
This does not work very well at all. Maybe works for 3 or 4 minutes after i wrestle with it for a good hour!

Mystery solved
The media could not be loaded. OK, so it turned out that I let the little screw at the base of the filter holder fall out when opening the product, so it rendered the humidifier useless. Make sure you include the screw at the base before putting the filter in. Once I did this, the product was back to functional capacity. I should also mention this because the manual doesn't state it: the device doesn't hold a charge, so you have to plug it to a USB-supported device to keep using it.I am taking a star off because of the inadequate manual of instruction provided by the seller!
