Update after 2 years: still my favorite! I lost this strap recently and have been using two other brands that I bought. But they are just not able to keep the pressure on my elbow tendon like this one does, so I'm buying another!I love this armband for my tennis elbow. This is the second arm band I bought, and it’s much better than the previous one. My tennis elbow is absolutely excruciating, and this brace doesn’t completely solve the problem, but it sure makes it a lot better. It makes it so that I can proceed with my life while I undergo the long process of recovery.This brace is simple, and that’s what I like about it. It’s the right width, not so narrow that it cuts into my skin I’m not so thick, but it feels bulky. It has great fabric. It’s lightweight. It’s easy to clean. It’s quite comfortable, and I even sleep in it sometimes.If you’re in doubt about which size to buy, I’d recommend getting the smaller one. My arm measured right at the 11 inches that is the cut off. I got the small and it’s plenty big.
