In a World Where 12 = 1
The description may indeed read "12" and the word "pens" may clearly be plural, but... what they will send you is a single pen for over $9.00 And they won't bat an eyelid. Yes, folks, step right up for the biggest bait and switch on Amazon. "1 for the Price of 12" was probably not working, so they came up with this little ruse, instead. Fortunately, Amazon Customer Service refunded my money in full and did not require me to return the pen. So, maybe the joke is on this seller? Go ahead and buy the "12 pens" and ask for a full refund when you only get 1 shipped. Eventually, this seller will have to change tactics.

I expect much better quality.
These pens arrived and appeared to be very old. Many were dried out and the writing on the outside of the pen was rubbed off. For the price, I expect much better quality.
