Good bed with storage and customer service
This is excellent bed with storage. The back cushion torn while transit. However the pack was very intact. Not sure how it tore. I reached out to them. They were kind enough to send me the cushion portion alone. Which can be fit with six screws. Great value for money. You will need two people to assemble including you. Previous me and my friend got sofa bed. Those are still fine for almost four years. Good seller with great business ethics.

Product build good/quality goodThe size is absolutely wrong… length mentioned is 74 inch and actual it’s 72 so with pillow it’s good only for person of 5ft 7inch height… it’s squarish in shape and not rectangular.. so beware..Check mattress size suitable for bed in their description it’s 72x72 … means maximum sleeping length is 6ft .. so if you minus pillow length then it’s smaller in length…Realized it later when assembled …So measure size before assembling. else you will waste a lot of money . It’s not easy to assemble and mostly you will need professional help which will cost rs 1000/1500 …

Good product, well packed and delivered. Good storage space, reasonable mattress, Good finish. I liked it. Though its slightly overpriced.

Low quality high price
Only corners are of good guage,middle sheet is of low quality,and don't buy king size if you are staying above first floor..because quality is not upto the mark.and you have to assemble yourself..thats the most difficult part. Hydraulic is not working after placing the bed.Request manufacturer and amazin to stop selling low quality products at high price.

Good bed for that price but the mattresses could have been better
The product is goodHowever there should be option for a better mattress with appropriate pricingThe mattress is below average and I seriously have doubts regarding its durability.The finish could have been better as there are lot of rough edges and could hurt while installing it or using it, however my request for soft edges was heeded and a protection was provided at the corners which i felt was helpful against accidental injury.
