Brabantia Ironing Board C, Denim Black, 124 x 45 cm

This ironing board is quality build. Very sturdy even with large steam generator iron sitting on the end. Quite wide too which helps when ironing larger items. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I hated our old ironing board, it was rubbish, and typically it didn't give me any warning on when it'd break down. So half way through my ironing it literally dropped half way. The new board arrived. Pathetically packed I might add, and it is pretty heavy... 5ft gal and not really into the whole keeping healthy lifestyle. So it was a bit of a challenge getting it up the stairs and setting it up. It was heavy before I put the Steam Iron on it, and after it really is pretty much impossible to drag the board anywhere if you have a carpet. But it is divine. A great ironing board and an awesome steam iron really does make all the difference. You really do get what you pay for. So if you're dilly-dallying on whether or not you want to pay for an expensive ironing-board just buy it. You really won't regret. I've noticed way less creasing in the clothes because the ironing cover is so smooth. The board is pretty big and it cuts down on the time I'm strategically placing the shirts and trousers. And my biggest worry of all, if it'd be suitable for someone of 5ft, it is perfect. Goes even lower than I expected it too. Good for small and big people! One quick thing I want to point out is Brabantia have a great customer service team, and this was before I even bought the ironing board. (I wasn't sure if this model would be suitable for small heights). They replied within 3 days, I think). And registering the product was a doddle. Didn't have to go searching for numbers on the board, or anything. They have everything online that you need. Oh and someone reviewed that they found it annoying that they had to keep shuffling up and down the board to put the iron back on the generator... why not just leave it on the board like me? I assume you're going to pick it back up again in a second? And yes I did notice the steam wire thingy getting stuck in the space between the holder and board, but I quick flick of the wrist and it comes back out again. I might try stuffing a paper or something in there like you suggested. :) I really can't wait to iron again, which is incredibly sad I know. But even with an expensive iron I've never been able to achieve 100% crease free clothes and now I have. *Sigh* I LOVE IT!

This ironing board is perfect. It’s very sturdy and both looks and feels high quality. The adjustable height options are great and it’s really easy to use. It’s not too heavy, and the wider surface lets you iron more of your clothes at once, which makes the whole process quicker and easier. Feels like it’ll last forever!

Colour was as seen in pictures before purchasing, ironing is easier on this ironing board it is more wider than a standard board which makes for very good stability. Ironing has never been as quick and easy, even with the missing part I found it great value for money and it functions as described on the sellers profile. Only small concern was x1 off plastic foot cover's was missing when package arrived, unpacked and set up, which was disappointing to me as I could easily mark my floor with the difference in the weight of the ironing board. I would still highly recommend this product. Enjoy your Day 🙂

Excellent ironing board best IV ever had it's big fab for doing shirts and kids clothes it's so sturdy I 💯 recommend this o dnt normally bother with reviews but it needs 100 stars

Nice girth. Makes ironing easier as less passes. Strong platform for steam generating iron. Brucie bonus of fitting perfectly into it's home in the cupboard.

What a game changer! This ironing board is amazing. It’s big, as in wide, & the height is great. No wobbling. No marks on your clothes from the metal board. Thick cover. I debated whether to buy or not due to the price but I’m so glad I did. Don’t think I’d ever be able to go back to a basic ironing board ever again :) you will not be disappointed

This is a bullet proof, very steady ironing board. It has plenty of space so you do not need re-adjust clothes very often and this results in reduced ironing time and effort. The rack aside is made of metal and it is very strong. At the moment I don't have steam generator but my guess is that it will easily hold one as other reviewers have stated. It has a broad height adjustment. I am 1.92m tall and it goes high enough to feel very comfortable. It goes also very low for people on the other side. Construction is metal and very good. It shows that it will go for years and years to come. This makes this ironing board quite heavy though. Another negative is that there is a gap of about 1,5cm between the rack and the board. Depending on how you have placed the ironing board relatively to the wall socket, it takes the ironing cable in and you have to re-adjust it every time. Very annoying. I suppose this doesn't happen with steam generators but it does with simple irons and everybody know that a lot of British houses do not have lot of space. The ironing top cover is top quality and makes ironing almost fun. I am very happy with this product and I would recommend it highly.

Molto robusta e larga, si stira comodamente! Molto consigliata.

Klare Kaufempfehlung.
