Great Struts.

I’m happy with these gas struts. They work great and were easy to install. I used them to help lift the shelf on my battery box, and they provide just the right amount of support. The shelf lifts smoothly and stays in place nicely. Overall, they work exactly as I needed them to.

Warranty issue for Gas Struts

Ordered 4 of these gas struts in August 1, 2024. Installation was easy. Worked well when installed. However, over winter in Canada, when we went to use them today, all 4 will not hold up the cabinet doors whatsoever. Disappointing. ARANA claims that an 18 months replacement support will be provided once any product problems during using or installing. But I am unsure on how to contact them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Product looks good but one failed quickly. Easy to install, work well when it had compression.

One of the struts failed after 3 days of in stalling it. Work good for 3days then no compression!!
