As a massage therapist and a former Gymnast i know a thing or two about ankles. i have to say this is by far the best and the only one i will ever use

It was a waste.
This was skin tight on me .it cut off my circulation and I couldn't even return it because I was honest and said that I tried it on and they wouldn't refund me my money . It was a waste .

This saved the day
I had ankle problems during the year and had to lower my mileage (I'm a runner) pretty drastically. I was able to keep in the game by wearing this brace. It stabilized me enough to keep my ankle solid for short runs. Very good item.
