Q: Would it work on metal bleachers?

Sure, why not? However, I’ve noticed bleacher seats often have a hook that prevents the seat from toppling over backwards. This seat doesn’t have that feature.

Everything has one these days. I’m in CA and tend to ignore most of them.

Q: Would this make a decent seat to sit up in bed?

Yes, you can use it on bed as well.

I got the black chair and it's black on all 4 sides. I assume it's the same with the teal
