This is great and very good value for a lot of baking soda. We used this to make about 30 fizzing dinosaur eggs for 3 classes of reception children and it worked really well and we had some left. The lid was very hard to remove so we had to make a hole in it as no one could twist it off. The texture is as expected and you can use it for a range of things. Great buy due to the size and value
