Vol. 2-Best of Ub40

I have always loved UB40, and this is probably their best greatest hits album they have. All the tunes are wonderful, and I am happy I now have it in my collection.

UB40 really surprised me. I mean, they can hardly be compared to the reggae spirit or style of Bob Marley or Buju Banton. Nevertheless, they effectively combine styles of pop ballads with a reggae infused rhythm. Their lyrics are also well thought out.Perhaps the reason I really like this album is because I listened to it while I was on holiday. It is true that when listening to (any) music it will "transport" you to the occasion when you first listened to it. The tropical dance beats and soothing lyrics of this album are the perfect complement for my visit to "God's Own Country."

I really love listening to island songz, especially tha ub40'z...they have the coolest and touching songz ever played...I think they should come over to my place and sing me their slowest, and love songz...they rule...

I'm really enjoying this collection. It has songs I forgot and songs I longed to hear again as they are not played on the radio anymore. It also includes some songs I had not heard which sound quite good too. I'm glad to have part 1 and 2.
