Good butchers twine, you get a lot for your money
Not much to say, it's butchers twine and it works as well as any butches twine. It's not more or less durable than any other. You get a lot for the price, if you're like me and only use it occasionally this will last a lifetime.

Works very well for me
For whatever reason I decided that I'd bone out my turkey for Thanksgiving, stuff it, and make a turkey roulade. I have butcher twine but my still at butchers knots leaves something to be desired, so I bought this in the hopes it would solve my problem. It did. Very easy to use, held the roulade in place, and it came out looking beautiful. Now I'll go back to practicing my butchers knots.

Soooo useful! Sturdy and perfect size. I keep mine clean and kitchen reusable by stretching them between prongs in the dishwasher.
