Highly recommended guys, it's a good value and quality and tablets are small even for kids. For over 65s, dosage can be increased to 1 every other day. Standard dosage for adults is either 1 tablet every 3-4 days or take 2 tablets once a week. Helped to treat B12 deficiency to someone I know very well. They were taking 1 tablet each day for 2 months and the B12 level went from around 200 to 600 (normal range by NHS is 200-900ng/ml). If you have B12 levels below 400, make sure you supplement and make it go higher than 600. There are so many people, who have B12 deficiency symptoms and they are officially "in the range"... so many GPs will just say that it's fine. But; it isn't. You can have deficiency even if you are in the recommended range.

A friend alerted me to B12 some time ago as it had helped to improve memory and concentration problems he was having (for more information, Google the booklet "Could it be B12?"). I have taken it ever since and find it does help. This particular version is very good value and seems very effective. It can also be taken normally with a cold drink, rather than having to melt it under or over the tongue as some other brands recommend. There is some disagreement about this amongst nutritionists but this company, Nutribioticals, has considered the scientific evidence and puts forward the conclusion that it is just as effective to take the supplement normally. I agree and saves a lot of time! This is a replenish stock bought from Amazon. The pills work well without the need for injections in the case of my household. The pills are easy to swallow due to the small size. The only observation is that they roll around easily and can easily fall elsewhere such as the floor. A good product that works well.

I have been taking these for a few weeks and they are definitely helping with my energy levels. I have recently returned to work and was worried I would feel tired all the time again, but with these, I feel great! I can get my days work done, come home and prepare dinner, and still have the motivation to bake after too. I suffer from anaemia but don't like taking iron tablets so I am hoping that when I get my blood tested again, this will have helped to remedy it. I certainly feel as if it is improving. I would also add that the pills are super tiny and really easy to swallow, which is great. I wish I had pills that small when I was pregnant and suffering from all day sickness. Taking my folate pills was a real struggle. These would have been much easier.

good product. I got it on a discount so for me it was a really good deal. the size is perfect and really east to swallow. The seller is the best and they will reply to any email or question you have and provide support if needed. I feel better overall since I started taking vitamin B suppliments. I really trust this brand and I ordered a bottle of vitamin D from this company bafore and I can deffo say it was effective.

I noticed I'm absorbing my iron well on these unlike other brands I've tried. Before this I've either gotten bioavailable b12 from chlorella or needed liposomal b12 methylcobalamin but these are great. Make sure you drink while swallowing due to shape but I believe if you chew it still works. I normally can't absorb b12 in tablet form but these are working well! their dermatil is very good too it has worked wonders for me. they dont use tonnes of crappy fillers like holland and barrett would. im on a budget so its nice to have something reliable and good value. good for my restless leg syndrome too
