Fuel Injector Seal Repair Kit for A4 A6 Q3 TT Golf Jetta Passat

My new fuel injectors came with the rubber and teflon seals but removing the small plastic crown looking spacers without breaking them is impossible. This set saved the day and the project is complete.

The kit came with four sets of nicely sealed parts. It bought new injectors so I only needed the crowns and hold downs. Unfortunately neither of these fit correctly. The crowns wouldn’t snap in place because they were too big and would fall off as you try to install the injectors. The hold downs were also to big and had a sloppy fit. See pictures

These worked fine for a 2012 VW Tiguan that torched the cylinder side seal. I replaced all 8 seals when they were out. As other reviews state the black clips are loose. Just press the ends in with your fingers for a little bit before putting them on to help form them tighter and they work fine. When installing the top o rings you need to use lubricant on them and work them in easy or they will rip installing and leak after. When installing the white teflon seals use a pen tip or something with a cone shape to stretch them on, then use a zip tie to tighten them back down. After that I put them into the cylinder hole to help them form before the final install. 800 miles and no issues.

Having this injector servicing kit is a necessity.
