In all honesty, I am so skeptical about supplements due to the regulation that does not happen... that said, I am a professional Cyclist and use supplements to help aid my training and recovery. it's hard to find a good company that is processed in a safe facility that also meets the doping regulations as I believe that some ergogenic aids are unfair and are wrong to use in athletics. further, I like this since it was using all-natural ingredients as well as being vegan and gluten-free. in addition, having a complex that meets all the need nutritionally is hard to find and this whole food complex included many needed nutrients along with additional sources of most needed amino acids (Niacin, Biotin, Riboflavin, Thiamine HCL, and folate). it also included a blend of enzymes and probiotics to where I found the most effective. after a few weeks of taking it, I noticed a difference in my mood and energy levels. at first, I wasn't noticing much but then found that my energy was much more sustainable and I seemed to have a better positive mindset probably due to the fact that I had better energy and sleep that was more full and meaningful.
